Our new strategic plan for 2024- 2029 reaffirms our committed to the wellbeing of our workforce. Our goal is to ensure that all colleagues have access to opportunities, have a voice and feel valued. Our colleague awards ceremony is a special day that recognises and pays tribute to individuals and teams who inspire others, go above and beyond expectations and make a real difference to the lives of the people we support, carers and colleagues. During #CoProductionWeek, we would love to share that colleagues and residents at Ashwood Court recently took home the trophy for Tenant Co-Production at the national Housing With Care Awards. Our Connect Hub in Warrington will be operating as a polling station tomorrow. Our newly refurbished Café Connect will be open all day and we will be offering a free brew and a cupcake to anyone who votes. Pop in 🍴🍽️

It’s national Co-production Week, we would like to share a few examples this week of great co-productive practice across our organisation. Our Carers Wellbeing Service Calderdale approach to involving the people they support in the service demonstrates a dynamic and responsive model of care that empowers carers, enhances their quality of life, and fosters a supportive community through active co-production.
