Last week the Madison Berkeley team were proud to be part of the Property Week awards at Grosvenor House in London. As a company we were even prouder when our co founder Clare Coe won Young Property Personality of the Year. At just 35, Clare has had a prestigious career in real estate recruitment and starting Madison Berkeley with her equally talented co founder Nina Zeilerbauer was the obvious next step for them. Nina and Clare share a vision. They want to ensure real estate works and evolves easily within the modern world and they understand the complexities of hiring the right people for the right roles. They work hard with their clients, old and new, to ensure they attract talented people who align with individual company cultures. Most importantly they are committed to recruiting with equity, diversity and inclusivity at the fore and they demonstrate this time and time again.
