Supporting people to live well in their communities.
About us
Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) was established on 1 June 2002 when social care and health services formerly provided by Lincolnshire County Council and Lincolnshire Healthcare NHS Trust, were brought together to create new mental health and learning disabilities services. We were then authorised as a foundation trust on 1 October 2007. We provide care and treatment for a local population of some 718,800 people, as well as specialist services for people who live in other areas of the East Midlands. We have around 2,000 members of staff across many disciplines of mental health, learning disability and social care, who provide the best possible care and support for you. We are focused on helping people towards recovery, enabling them to live well in their community as much as possible. We work closely with the local community to design and improve services, ensuring what we provide is best suited to you, your carers and your other family members. Our vision is to support people to live well in their communities, and to do this it is important that patients, service users and carers remain at the heart of what we do. The Trust is also committed to a number of values as an organisation, which include; compassion, pride, integrity, valuing everybody, innovation, and collaboration. We continue to strengthen our vision and values and embed throughout the organisation to ensure that every member of staff is committed to making a difference.

Today's #NetworkingWithPRIDE Conference has come to a close! We've had a brilliant day of exploring how we can better serve our communities, signpost and support our staff and service-users, and of course, develop our knowledge about the LGBTQ community, and the issues they still face. We are committed to reducing inequalities and making sure everyone feels welcome to work for or receive care from our Trust. We would like to thank Simmy Chana Hodson and our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion team for organising such a thought-provoking and engaging event, Bishop Grosseteste University for hosting us, and everyone who came along to support and learn.

At LPFT we're so proud to be the lead provider for the Midlands Op COURAGE Partnership, working alongside seven other incredible organisations supporting veterans across the whole Midlands region. It's fantastic to see the partnership named as a finalist within both the Working Together and Healthcare and Rehabilitation categories at this year's Soldiering On Awards. Congratulations to the whole Midlands Op COURAGE team! #OpCourage #MidlandsOpCourage #SoldieringOnAwards
We're absolutely delighted to share that the Midlands Op COURAGE Partnership has been shortlisted as a finalist in not one, but two categories in the 2024 Soldiering On Awards. The Soldiering On Awards recognise outstanding achievement in the Armed Forces community. Individuals, groups and organisations are showcased, including serving personnel, veterans and family members, in twelve diverse categories. Firstly, our incredible partnership work has been recognised in the Working Together category. This acknowledges our commitment to collaborative working and is testament to the continued hard work of the entire partnership team. Secondly, huge congratulations go to Mo Amjid, who has been named as a finalist in the Healthcare and Rehabilitation category. Mo, an Assistant Practitioner (non-urgent team) from our West Midlands Hub based at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust has been shortlisted in recognition of his unwavering dedication to veterans and unstoppable can-do attitude. Hundreds of nominations were received, and to be included as two of the 36 finalists is a great credit to us as a partnership. The finalists will be invited to a special reception at the House of Lords on 23 July before the awards night, hosted by Jeremy Vine, in London on 16 October. You can read more about all the finalists on the Soldiering On Awards website: https://lnkd.in/d7gyU9_S Midlands Op COURAGE is proudly delivered in partnership by: Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT NHS), Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust, St Andrew's Healthcare, Walking With The Wounded, The Ripple Pond, TOM HARRISON HOUSE and Mental Health Matters. #OpCourage #MidlandsOpCourage #SoldieringOnAwards
