School may be out for summer, but our Skills Workshops gave students a lesson in workplace skills they'll never forget! 🧠 Over 200 students aged 12-14 across 10 local schools took part in sessions about transferrable skills in the workplace, and career opportunities at London Luton Airport (and beyond). A huge thank you to our 30-strong volunteer group for giving up their time to support hundreds of schoolchildren in the local community, and championing The LLA Way spirit. Our HR Director, Nik Jones, sums it up best: “It’s not often at work that you get to do something that might well change the life direction of another person.
