Congratulations and Thank You to Kuba on his 10th Anniversary with Lime! Today marks a special day as we celebrate Kuba’s incredible ten years with Lime Recruit! Kuba joined us back in 2013 as a fresh-faced University of Warwick student, looking for some part-time work around his studies. Little did we know, we were welcoming someone who would become such a key part of our Lime family. In 2014, when an opportunity arose in our Leamington Spa office, Kuba officially joined the team as a full-time Hospitality Consultant, and the rest is history! He’s worn many hats over the years, working on nearly every desk in the business and across most of our offices. His versatility and dedication have played a huge role in shaping Lime into the business it is today. Kuba’s commitment to excellence and his always positive attitude have left a lasting mark on both the team and the business over the years. He is truly one of the nicest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. His kindness, humility, and team spirit have earned him the respect and admiration of everyone around him, and there’s no doubt he’s helped make Lime an even better place to work. Over the past decade, we’ve also had the pleasure of sharing in some of Kuba’s personal milestones. From spending time with his family in Poland, to cheering him on as he achieved British Citizenship, and most recently, celebrating his wedding to Kasia – it’s been a journey! We are pleased to share some exciting news at Lime Recruit regarding our two new team members! Jamie Ellis-Shelvey joins us as a Hospitality Recruitment Consultant at our Leamington Spa office. Jamie has over 10 years of hospitality management experience in the hotel industry, including positions within Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, entertainment, and retail departments. His career includes, Hotel Operations Manager at Westmead Hotel, New Openings Trainer at Warner Leisure Hotels, Food and Beverage Manager at Hogarths Hotel, and Warner Leisure Hotels. Jamie is an award-winning coach for Culture & Training Development. His deep understanding of the hospitality industry and commitment to client satisfaction make him a perfect fit for our team. Rob Fairbairn MIH joins us as a Hospitality Recruitment Consultant at our Cirencester office. Rob has extensive experience within hospitality, with previous roles including Front of House Manager (Pre-opening) at The Store in Oxford, Food And Beverage Operations Manager at Homewood, Bath, Senior Outlets Manager at Royal Berkshire Hotel, Graduate Manager, The Manor House, Castle Combe and positions for Novotel Sheffield Centre. Rob has a proven track record of excellence in hospitality. His expertise will be instrumental in helping us connect top talent with our partners. A very big congratulations and heartfelt thank you to Iza, who is celebrating 10 incredible years at Lime today! Iza joined us as our payroll administrator back in 2014, rescuing us from the weekly chaos that was our MD Chris processing payroll every Wednesday..! It's almost impossible to recognise the Iza we know today from the one who first joined us: quiet, shy, and reserved (!), she approached us looking for a change from her housekeeping role at a local hotel in Leamington. During her interview Iza sounded like a perfect payroll administrator and in many ways too good to be true: she mentioned that she enjoyed working on her own, didn’t enjoy socialising or drink alcohol, and even that she found repetitive tasks satisfying..! A decade later, and I think all still ring true! Thank you for everything you’ve done for the business over the last ten years Iza: you’ve been a brilliant colleague and employee, and it’s been a pleasure working with you.
