LMI has been focused on amyloidosis! In the US, Angel C. Duncan, PhD, MFT, ATR participated in the Amyloidosis Research Consortium (ARC) meeting at the FDA campus in Maryland as a supporting member. It was a full day of insightful research initiatives and supporting advocacy efforts around AL and ATTR amyloidosis.   In Frankfurt, Germany, Iris Hardewig participated in a masterclass event held by the newly established interdisciplinary Amyloidosis Center at Universitätsmedizin Frankfurt.   #amyloidosis #cardiacamyloidosis #FDA #LMI #LifeMolecularImaging

LMI's team members continue to support the Alzheimer's Association® by attending their fundraising walks to end the disease. Celeste Brown recently attended a Walk to End Alzheimer's in Charlotte, NC, which had nearly 2,000 participants and 279 total teams. #LMI honors National Family Caregivers Month. According to the Alzheimer's Association®, there are over 11 million unpaid #dementia caregivers in the US alone. Majority of these caregivers say it's stressful coordinating care for their loved ones.
