I recently sat down with Manjas Lidder of Lidder Care to record the first podcast episode in a special run of episodes dedicated to the care industry (more on that soon) Manjas discussed his belief that when families are researching placing a loved one into care, their first port of call is online. Making your care home website crucial as it becomes your online shopfront, providing families with their first impression of your brand, staff and story. Websites are also the perfect place to answer the questions people may be too shy or embarrassed to ask face-to-face with a care home manager.
