🙌🏽2024 RECAP 🙌🏽 Thanks so much to our speakers who helped to make our conference on Friday the success that it was. The theme was ‘leading well’ with each speaker bringing their own take on this and sharing insights, inspiration and plenty of practical takeaways. So, a massive thanks to: 🔹Ailbhe Keane and Isabel Keane, an incredible power duo with an amazing brand Izzy Wheels and an incredibly inspiring story. 🔹Neil McManus who delivered great insight on all things leadership, sharing tails from both on and off the pitch. 🔹Our keynote Dr. Alex George who touched on the highs and lows of being a public figure, how you can overcome adversity, the impact actions can have on your mental health and overall how to become a better version of yourself. 🔹Our panel, led by event compere David Meade Keynote Speaker, was an engaging session, hearing from Jonny Pierce, Katie Love and Annette Kelly and their take on leadership. #YLNI24

The conference begins at 12.30 sharp so please arrive promptly. ✨Where is the conference held? The event will be hosted in the conference room at Riddel Hall in Stranmillis. Lunch will be served in the Isdell Courtyard so delegates should enter via the main traditional building doors where they will be able to check in at the registration desk. ✨Is there parking? This year's after party is in the Dark Horse. Buses will arrive to Riddel Hall at 7pm to transport delegates. A drinks reception will be provided. ✨ Is there food included? Yes, a sandwich lunch is served on arrival and a supper will be served post conference at 5pm during the evening drinks reception. ✨Is there any issue being late? We appreciate that sometimes things come up which affect attendance. That is no problem, but we would note that to limit any conference disruption we may ask you to wait until a suitable break to take a seat that isn't easily reached. It is important for those who can attend the day in full to arrive on time so we can ensure everyone gets seated efficiently. ✨Is there a dress code? Smart casual or business wear is ideal. It's a fun and relaxed day so we want you to be comfortable. #YLNI24
