🎉 A huge congratulations to Ben Payne on his well-deserved promotion to Consultant! 🎉 Since joining Leadenhall in September 2023, Ben has made a range of placements across the Data, Technology and Accounting space. His dedication and initiative has enabled him to integrate seamlessly with both existing and new clients, consistently delivering fantastic results. We’re thrilled to hear the positive feedback from candidates about the thorough service he provides. He is an important team member of D&T and always available to lend a hand and help people out. Ben is also a key figure in the Leadenhall social scene. On arrival, he successfully positioned himself as the 2nd most important footballer in the company (despite the team’s performance dropping considerably the season he joined…). Due to a severe lack of options, he now opens the bowling for the LMS cricket team and has earned the title of champion sofa surfer after missing circa 90% of his trains home. Additionally, he is the 2nd most deluded Arsenal fan in the company. Maybe this year he can take top spot! Looking ahead, Ben will be expanding his network in the Finance and Data space across the US and Europe.
