Since 2013 Langham Hall has been providing depositary and Annex IV services under the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive ('AIFMD') regulated by both FCA in the UK and CSSF in Luxembourg. Langham Hall is authorized to act as a full-scope AIFM by the FCA and CSSF to provide Host AIFM services to AIFs within the UK or Luxembourg and EEA who market into the EU. Last Friday was a brilliant night for our Guernsey team at The Chartered Governance Institute - Bailiwick of Guernsey Branch Annual Awards Dinner. Megan de Garis, won the Company Secretary of the Year Award and three members of our Administration team received student excellence awards. Catherine B.; achieved the highest mark worldwide for her IFA Level 5 Trust & Company Administration module; Katie Owen; achieved joint highest mark in Guernsey for the completion of her IFA Level 4 Certificate; and Reece Roussell achieved the highest mark in Guernsey for his IFA Level 5 Business Management in Practice module.
