Giant jenga, Kairos cocktails and a karaoke machine, we know how to throw a good night don't we? All the celebrations took place yesterday as we finally christened our new permanent office spaces across Manchester and London. After being in shared spaces since pre-pandemic, finally having a place to call our own feels pretty great. It was great to see everyone's faces but it was definitely less great to hear them all sing...

Last week, we hosted another instalment of our internal Kairos Hosts series. This session was hosted in collaboration with Petals who are the UK's baby loss counselling charity, with a focus on raising awareness around baby loss. As something that impacts so many people across the UK, this insightful session provided our teams with some guidance on how to navigate such a difficult situation and how to support others. With our Kairos Hosts sessions, we never want to shy away from topics that are more difficult because they happen. They affect our co-workers, friends and family, so the more prepared we are to give our support, the better. A huge thank you to our teams for taking part and to Petals for hosting.
