    Kicking off the Monday on a high. 🙌 Last Thursday we hosted the KPS Secret Party at the iconic Natural History Museum. 🎉This was a celebration of our wonderful customers, partners and employees as well as an opportunity to forge new connections with inspiring retailers and brands.     Last night we hosted a roundtable dinner with our wonderful clients at Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester, all around 'Why AI isn't working for you.' A topic that allowed us to unpack the challenges and opportunties around implementing #AI initatives. Key takeaways 📈Data: get the fundamentals right first. AI needs good data to be effective, without it AI will not solve the problem. 💡Problem statement: understand in detail the business or process problem you are trying to solve and the outcome you are trying to achieve, and agree that collectively across key stakeholders. 👥Culture: understand your organisation’s attitude towards AI; are you culturally risk averse, will trust and adoption become barriers if not addressed early? Do you have an executive sponsor to drive the initiatives forward?     Our team had a great time at SAP's innovation day for CX. Loads of valuable insights and we got to hear from many inspirational speakers💡 We hosted a fireside chat together with our wonderful customer Harrods on their journey to provide a world class AI-enabled service experience with SAP and Sinch ! ⭐ A big thank you to the speakers, Karolina Wilczek, Teemu Niskanen and Sunny Sangha for hosting such an informative session, bringing to life how impactful the transformation programme has been for Harrods. Loved listening to Naresh Krishnamurthy at Molton Brown talking about top notch customer engagement across channels!     An inspiring and insightful evening at last night’s KPS roundtable event on “Composable Commerce”! 🌟 The discussion was enriched by great speakers who brought diverse perspectives and deep expertise to the table. Their insights on the flexibility, scalability, and innovation potential of composable commerce were truly enlightening. Along with the importance of having a solid business case and Executive buy-in. A huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the fantastic conversation and debate. The exchange of ideas was invaluable and left me feeling energized about the future of composable e-commerce. A special mention to our superb facilitator Bruce Dodworth and to partners Coveo and Alokai (previously Vue Storefront) who brought an enlightening perspective from their customers PoV.
