Sheep-farmer Ed Lovejoy, from Tenterden, felt in pretty good shape when he went along for his routine health check. Little did he know, his cholesterol was dangerously high. Ed said: “I’m so pleased I got that check; I only went because an adviser was at the cattle market I work at each week,  "It was so quick and easy without the need to book an appointment. Members of our Postural Stability Team got together today to discuss a course they run for people who have balance issues or falls. The course includes showing people how to build strength and how to get up from the floor if they've had a fall. The team talked about making the course the best it could possibly be, encouraging people to complete courses and making it easy for people to get in touch.
