 Starting his journey in IT at the tender age of 17, Kyle has accumulated 13 years of experience, making him a seasoned expert in the field. Interestingly, his career path included a detour into accountancy, where he gained his AAT accreditation, before returning to his true passion—IT.
 Kyle's expertise lies in leadership and communication. His ability to connect with people both professionally and amicably has been a cornerstone of his success.
 In 2020, he founded The Laptop Doctor, a break-fix company that quickly grew into a bustling workshop. Building on this success, Kyle ventured into the world of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) with the launch of IT Fast, which has also thrived under his guidance.
 As the Managing Director for the past four years, Kyle has been pivotal in generating new business, managing projects, and overseeing support from 1st to 3rd line. His vision for the company is ambitious yet grounded: to expand and grow tenfold in the next couple of years while maintaining the personal touch and our signature super speedy resolution times.
 Outside of his professional life, Kyle enjoys playing golf, although his two-year-old son has taken precedence over his tee times recently. A devoted husband, father, and business owner, Kyle manages to juggle these roles with admirable finesse.

With over fifteen years of experience in IT Support, Mike has seamlessly turned his hobby into a thriving career, blending his professional and personal interests. Mike's diverse IT background spans both small and large companies, as well as public sectors, giving him a wealth of experience and a creative approach to problem-solving. He takes pride in his adaptability and thirst for knowledge, having impressively passed all his CompTIA courses in just two weeks with a mix of his own knowledge and a dash of research. Now, that's dedication! With over four years in contracting, Mike has honed his skills in fast-paced environments, consistently delivering quick and effective IT solutions. His past two years of remote work have proven his ability to maintain high productivity and flexibility, often working out of core hours to migrate servers and upgrade systems during the quiet of the night. Beyond his professional life, Mike generously dedicates his time to his community. He volunteers two hours a week as the IT technician for his local church and serves as a trustee and IT support for the West Windsor Hub, a vital organisation set up during Covid to support families with food and clothing.
