Despite his extensive expertise in IT, Mike still enjoys rolling up his sleeves and applying the hands-on skills he mastered early in his career. It’s this blend of knowledge and practical experience that makes him such a valuable asset to our team and clients.

Meet Josh, Our Support Engineer! We’re excited to introduce you to Josh, one of the key members of our IT Fast team. Josh joined us in October 2022 as an Apprentice IT Technician. Over the course of his 18-month apprenticeship, he worked incredibly hard, impressing us all with his dedication and technical skills. After successfully completing his apprenticeship with flying colours, Josh has now been promoted to a full-time Support Engineer. Before joining IT Fast, Josh studied IT at college for two years after finishing school. Outside of work, he enjoys playing video games, a round of Topgolf, and hanging out with friends. In his role, Josh heads up our break-fix workshop and also jumps into 1st line support on our busy support desk. Since passing his apprenticeship, he has become a hugely valuable asset to the company, consistently showing his commitment to supporting our clients. We’re thrilled to have Josh as part of the IT Fast family and can’t wait to see what he accomplishes next!
