As such, Genus Care built in the day start alert: if there is an unexpected day-start in the Genus home, then an alert is sent to the system. Family/friends or professionals can check the data and even make a video call to see if everything is OK. This “simple feature” not only gives Willemien and many Genus users peace of mind, also the children and professionals now have a clear indicator if everything is OK. The result? Elderly have a better chance at living in their own home for longer, less pressure on professional caretakers and overall peace of mind.
