𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of Inuvi’s medical laboratory. You will be responsible for receiving, identifying, and preparing incoming samples and request forms for analysis, ensuring all data is entered quickly and accurately. Working alongside your colleagues you will provide support in the daily running of the laboratory under appropriate technical supervision. At all times you will be required to maintain the highest professional and technical standards in our laboratory. 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 Excellent communication skills and accuracy are important to this role as you will be updating the database, client records and internal documentation. You will be working with the team to ensure best practice is maintained, customer service procedures are reviewed and improved, and that the laboratory continues a culture of improvement. It’s a busy time for our business so you’ll need to be a self-starter who is confident in managing your own workload while making/receiving calls to gather information. You’ll ideally have proven experience of working in customer service role and work well within a team. With very effective communication skills, you’ll be competent in maintaining accurate records, with experience of working on internal databases and excel being desirable.
