We’re BIG on training! Why? Because it helps our customers maintain the highest level of quality and safety - and deliver a consistent experience to their guests. We recently explored this at a highly successful Food Safety training session in the stunning city of Marrakech, Morocco! Hosted at the Hospitality Factory on July 11th, this session was specifically tailored for the Training Academy of Atlas Hospitality Group, a state-of-the-art facility spread over 2,500 m², equipped to train the group's staff in kitchen, pastry, room service, and housekeeping, complete with a training restaurant. The session brought together 28 participants, under the expert guidance of our trainer-consultant, Dr. Khalid Alaouithe, focused on two key areas: • Morning Session: A comprehensive review of good hygiene practices and HACCP standards in the kitchen. • Afternoon Session: A roundtable discussion on our FoodCheck risk management program, reviewing non-conformities and the implementation of action plans. Thank you to all the participants for making this event a success.
