Chess is far more than just a game; it’s a mental gymnasium that develops critical life skills! ♟️ At #ISPSchools, we celebrate #WorldChessDay by putting the spotlight on our students who participate in our Chess Masters programme – part of our International Learning Opportunities for Students (#ILOS). This programme gives them the chance to improve their knowledge of the game, promoting academic and personal growth. In the 2023/2024 edition, we brought together 2,700 students of different ages from all around the world to participate in the ISP Chess Masters Tournament. In the words of one of the participants, this activity ‘helped me connect with people from other schools and helped my self-confidence'.
