The Tartan Pro Tour is a Scottish-based development tour for male and female golfers, led by Paul Lawrie, 1999 Open Champion. The tour offers competitive playing opportunities to challenge players and supports aspiring tournament professionals in reaching the highest levels of competition. 94 golfers began their rounds on Monday morning, and after playing 54 holes over three days, Scotland's Greg Dalziel topped the leaderboard. 🎉 Celebrating the success of our 2024 summer intern programme! 🌟 This year marked the second year of our summer intern programme at Insights, and we couldn’t be prouder of what our six interns accomplished across functions like F&CS, People, Sales, and C&D. 👉 They delivered on impactful projects, from EDIB supplier recommendations to finance tools for tax, and added significant value every step of the way. 🚀 Last week, we hosted a showcase where four of our interns presented their project outcomes and shared the personal and professional growth they’ve experienced. Their presentations left a strong impression on our Executive team, including Fiona Logan and Andy Lothian 🔴🟡🔵🟢, who were truly impressed by the quality and impact of the work. Chris Harvey, our Sales and Learning Manager, reflected on the success of the programme, saying: “It was a delight for Insights to host our interns this summer. So many people were part of creating a fun and supportive environment for learning and there are a number of outputs that will continue to deliver value to the business for a long time. A huge thanks to everyone involved. Our Early Careers programme is gaining momentum and helping develop talent for the future. It's pretty special.” A special thanks to Bianca Paesano for coordinating the showcase and to Henry Clendon for bringing in such a talented group this year.
