About us

Since 2009, In-house Recruitment (IHR) has empowered the UK’s in-house recruiters to be their very best. We’ve come a long way from where we started; a pair of ambitious co-founders to a growing team across the UK, dedicated to equipping talent acquisition professionals with opportunities to network, learn, and grow. Our 20,000-strong community are at the heart of what we do. They have access to 60 events a year, the latest industry insights, and the best suppliers in the space. In 2023, we introduced our Hiring Solutions service, helping TA professionals navigate their next career move or find the perfect team member. Plus, our exclusive Slack community was launched, providing a safe space for in-house recruiters to ask questions, seek advice, and further build their network. IHR is open to all, from the seasoned Chief People Officer, to those kick-starting their careers. Our community exists to recognise, inspire, and educate.
