Let’s dive in! 🔵 Give yourself time The biggest advice would be to stay slow. We often think we can keep managing hundreds of tasks daily, but the truth is that in a new environment, even a little effort takes twice as much energy as before. That's why the aim to keep the same pace could lead to frustration and burnout. Don’t push yourself, slow down, and you'll be able to return to your usual pace faster than you think. 🔵  Choose comfort During a turbulent period of relocation, it's important not to create any additional obstacles. That’s why, choose your first-stay apartment wisely. Let it be a cosy place in a convenient location. It might be more expensive than you expect but don't underestimate the importance of a space to which you return every evening. With the right place to live, your adaptation will go smoothly which outweighs all the additional costs. 🔵 Complete the documents Prepare necessary paperwork plan before arrival. Yes, it's always daunting, but as soon you complete all legal processes, this burden will be taken off your shoulders, and you’ll unleash a lot of energy for new exciting projects! Some paperwork has strict deadlines upon arrival. For example, you must collect your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) within the first 10 days of your stay in the UK, so write down the deadlines to keep track of them! 🔵 Acknowledge your effort Take a moment to reflect that while there is still a lot to handle, you've overcome the main issue — after hours of research and tons of paperwork you’ve finally received a visa.
