    As we turn to AI to streamline the hiring process, businesses must confront a critical ethical issue: the risk of reinforcing existing biases. AI models are only as good as the data they're trained on, which means that if the input data reflects existing biases, the output could perpetuate them. Take the gender pay gap in STEM, which still hovers around 30% (with women representing less than 25% of AI specialists!)... These numbers highlight the deep-rooted gender biases in the industry—biases that AI could unknowingly replicate in hiring decisions. So...
