A mix of exposed brick, painted features and tiles have been utilised to accentuate a cosy ‘at home’ vibe whilst maintaining a sense of contemporary design. Home comforts with a healthy dose of Irish flavour is key at Homeboy, and delicious drinks will be served alongside playful home-cooked food, With a focus on celebrating Irish producers, the cocktail menu will be divided into three pillars: Irish Whiskey, where all drinks will feature one or more of Ireland’s large number of whiskey distilleries; Contemporary, featuring playful twists on familiar favourites; and Classics, playing homage to some of the modern classic cocktails of our time. In addition, Irish beers and of course Draught Guinness will also be served. Homeboy’s simple food offering will include sinful snacks such as loaded fries and poutine as well as comfort food using family recipes.
