Our BG800® Gate is an ideal addition to permanent barriers separating one carriageway from the carriageway in the opposite direction because it enables flexibility for planned or emergency breaks in the barrier. Trees are a fantastic addition to urban locations. They not only look great, but they also provide shade, making cities more livable with welcoming biophilia. 🌳🌳🌳 But trees can also be a serious hazard. Nature has made them strong and resilient. Resilient enough to withstand an impact even from a larger vehicle, which means the vehicle occupants are at risk in the event of a collision. The way to reduce the risk is to introduce a buffer that can absorb some of the impact forces, reducing the risk to the vehicle occupants and protecting the tree.
