About us

Hertility is a women’s health company built by women, for women. We’re shaping the future of reproductive healthcare by pioneering unique diagnostic testing that provides data-driven and advanced insights into reproductive health, fertility decline and the onset of menopause. We provide expert advice, education and access to care - all from the comfort of your home. Our research trials are a step towards fixing the currently flawed system. 31% of women will suffer from a reproductive health issue at some point and through our research, we aim to reduce the time to diagnosis through advanced at-home testing and specialist gynaecological care. We tailor pathways to the individual's reproductive goals, whether it be to explore their ovarian health and fertility options or overall hormonal health, such as confirming a PCOS diagnosis. Currently, we can diagnose 9 of the most common gynae pathologies which may lead to reduced fertility and signpost gynae cancers. Ultimately, our aim is to change attitudes around reproductive health, both for individuals and in the workplace, and to encourage women to be proactive by tracking their reproductive health. We’re calling this the Reproductive Revolution!

Healthcare wasn't designed for women, so we made it our mission to change that. When the health system inherently dismisses women and puts them on waitlists, we knew we had to create a solution. Through our diagnostic testing, online consultations and end-to-end care, we aim to put an end to some of the tragedies that result from the healthcare crisis. Women deserve answers, even when there are no symptoms. Join the Mother of all Movements and share to help us reach more women.

YOU’RE ON MUTE! I’m wearing this cap on every corporate call for the rest of the year. It is a reflection of what's happening in women's health. Yes, we’re starting to see your positive corporate sentiments. We have heard the rhetoric, the pledges, and the promises. But for the most part, it’s like you are on mute. Empty statements and token gestures won’t fix the real challenges women face when it comes to their reproductive health.  At Hertility, we believe it's time to turn up the volume. We’ve released a “Red Paper” to advocate for fundamental workplace necessities for women. READ IT. Despite countless discussions and widespread acknowledgement of the issue, tangible action continues to be a novelty in every industry. The creation of this report stems from our sense of urgency and frustration with the current state of the workplace environments for females in the workplace. Quite simply, it's unacceptable that stigma persists, paired with inadequate support, and often complete ignorance regarding reproductive and hormonal health—the most natural elements of life that half of the population go through. We’re cutting through the noise with science-backed solutions, real data, and comprehensive care that women deserve. It’s not just about talking the talk, it’s about making tangible change. Let’s get loud. 💪 Huge props to Flexa who sent me this hat to acknowledge our badge of flexibility as a workplace and who are making real strides in acknowledging that fair working equals flexible working.
