Beautiful day on Tyneside visiting Tyne Coast College. For me, it’s always been important to visit all of the colleges we work with regardless of the distance. How can we paint a true representation of the candidates if we don’t understand the fundamental aspects such as learning, campus and culture? It was great to meet the team to get a true insight into the college and discuss how we can support more than just recruitment. Great recommendation on where to have a coffee with a view!☀️ The only downside to the visit was listening to Mark Needham in the car for 5 hours tell me how Manchester United will win the league.
