Yesterday The Media Leader UK hosted their inaugural Future of Media Manchester event, bringing together over 500 media leaders and rising stars to explore evolving media business models and market opportunities. Our Matalan clients featured in talks throughout the day providing insights and views on the #FutureOfMedia. Our very own Lucy Barnes, joint general manager of Havas Media Manchester, participated in a panel discussion with chief customer and omnichannel officer at Matalan, Ali Jones, and Rachel Forde, co-founder at TheZoo.London : The Consultant Collective. In the panel, Lucy & Ali highlighted the importance of integrating in-store and online channels to re-establish brand connections with customers using our long-standing partnership with Matalan as an example of being on this journey. Lucy spoke about focusing on creating meaningful connections with a brand's most valuable customers, driving both short and long-term sales to deliver effective results.
