Hello! My name is Leigh Stuart and my team is Business Solutions, and it is broken down across 4 main areas: Engagement, Business Analysis, Architecture and Product.   The story begins with Business Engagement and Portfolio Planning. The BRMs in conjunction with the Product team, work closely with their Senior Business Stakeholders to understand priorities, strategies and vision for the future. Once projects are agreed on in the Portfolio, we pick up the story with our BRMs and the Business Analysts shaping the initiative. Any thinking the Product Owner may have done before in this space is leveraged. As the project moves into the technology solution phase, we introduce the Solution Architects who are critical in assessing vendor technology, making sure it aligns with our standards and principles and that we are future-focused in the decisions we make.   As the project propels into the Delivery phase, our Solution Architects oversee the design and build to ensure it aligns with the agreed architecture, whilst the Business Analysts look ahead to UAT and the preparation required to ensure its success. Once the project is launched and we have landed new technology, our Product Owners adopt an agile approach to its continuous improvement and innovation – ensuring our platforms have a healthy funnel of demand that can be prioritized and actioned both in a BAU sense and through the annual investment planning process.
