    We often hear complaints from companies that they are unable to find top talent. Why is this so common? Because the recruitment methods they use (and the recruiters they use predominantly focus on active candidates.) While there are undoubtedly good candidates actively seeking opportunities (roughly 20-30% of the talent pool), recruiters (and advertising) misses out on the remaining 60-70% of the talent pool.
