Last week we had our Hark "#PowerUpWeek" at our Leeds HQ, which involved a variety of activities that promote healthy mental wellbeing and #mindfulness; from a mindful clay modelling session, to a team gratitude session and #wellbeing walks in the park. A happy, healthy team helps to perpetuate a positive culture where everybody feels safe and seen, so it's critical to share tools for stress management and mental wellbeing. 🚨 Exciting News Alert 🚨 On September 22nd, the Hark team will be taking on The Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge to raise funds for Leeds Mind, an independent mental health charity here in Leeds. 🧠 The team will be hiking 25 miles in support of a fantastic cause, and one that many of us can relate to. 1 in 4 people experience mental health difficulties in their lives. Whether that be depression, anxiety, isolation, stress, self harm, personality disorder, bereavement or any other negative mental health experience, Leeds Mind are here for you.
