Making a Swift visit to the ExCeL London 🎶 This week we’re at SITS - The Service Desk & IT Support Show for the 17th year in a row, where we’re launching our new 2-way RMM integration with NinjaOne and HaloPSA - where we came together to celebrate this new release alongside our friends at Huntress at F1® Arcade in St. Pauls. 🏎️💨 With the new improved integration with Ninja compounded with Halo’s AI tech, we’ll be able to auto-determine the fix for any new service desk ticket by leveraging the data from your old closed similar tickets. We can then use AI to suggest which device requires the fix, and then reach back into Ninja to run a script against the device to self resolve the ticket in Halo in real time - fully automating service desk tickets resolved by RMM scripts. This marks a new level of integration between NinjaOne and HaloPSA. We have partnered with Suffolk LTA to assist in providing funding to support junior tennis within the county! The partnership not only demonstrates our long standing commitment to the local community and sports initiatives, but also our dedication to wanting to develop and nurture young talent – just as in our internal ‘Graduate Programme’. The partnership and strategy will be driven by Tennis Growth Partnership, who also operate the new county's tennis structure - Tower System. Both Halo and TGP have alignment in their company objectives in striving for excellence and innovation whilst using technology as a fundamental element to continue enhancing their respective businesses.
