Our weekly Accountability Circles support entrepreneurs who are struggling with procrastination to make consistent progress on growing their business. Service 2: 90-Day PERMANENT High-Performance (2 spaces left this month): Over the past few years, we've taught 1000s of entrepreneurs, founders and CEOs to understand exactly what it takes to bring out the best of them. Our 90-day program teaches how the top 1% of entrepreneurs spend their time and how they can consistently bring out their very best no matter the circumstances (without EVER falling back into bad habits). Earlier this week, I had the opportunity of attending the 'Leadership Mastery' talk provided by the G Team Academy. Fortunately, I had the amazing host ✏Robert McKinna FRSA that led the talk. This talk was absolutely filled with many ideas, some of which are explained below: The core focus was on understanding what makes a great leader. We zoomed in on the vital mix of social skills, personal strengths, and practical skills needed to lead a team effectively. We also highlighted the importance of ongoing self-growth and pushing boundaries to become the best leader you can be. And let's not forget the power of having a unique, sometimes even contrarian viewpoint – it's what sets apart the top 2%ers. All in all, I appraise the efforts from ✏Robert McKinna FRSA and the G Team Academy.
