GRENADE X ROCUP    You may have seen this run club taking over 0121...👀   Last week, we teamed up with ROCUP, fuelling 500 runners to GET IT DONE with our bars and shakes after their 5K run!   It was epic seeing everyone bringing the good vibes, pushing limits, and staying powered up from start to finish! 🙌 We’re hyped for what’s coming next, and this is just the beginning... stay tuned 😏

Brisbane delivered the power 🇦🇺 Our very first game day as the Official Protein Bar of the Wallabies for their match against South Africa's Springboks at Suncorp Stadium was a smash hit! 🏉 The Grenade scrum machine stole the show, challenging fans—and even some of the Wallabies—to test their strength and see who could rack up the highest score👀 And of course, we fuelled the energy with our protein-packed bars. This is just the beginning of an epic partnership, and we’re ready to keep raising the game💪

The Grenade team looking good😎 Today we got to experience a glimpse of the new innovative training using Bodyswaps VR👏🏼 Covering topics like Communication & Conflict and DE&I, the team got the opportunity to try this unique training and enhance their skills in a fun and fully immersive way.
