    I’m doing a skydive for Grayce’s charity partners! 🛩 On Saturday 7th September, alongside 9 of my colleagues, I’m jumping out of a plane to fundraise for our three partner charities: •     Bookmark Reading Charity – who help children develop reading skills they need to succeed in school and beyond. •     Contact Hostel – provides accommodation and practical support for teenage girls experiencing homelessness in the Manchester area. •     Shelter from the Storm – provides a free emergency shelter including a bed and hot food for people experiencing homelessness in London.     🔄 Navigating the Transition from Change Programme to Business-as-Usual 🌟 Organisations often face similar challenges when transitioning a change from a programme to embedded in BAU. One effective way to help successfully embed change is by retaining members of the project team: they can provide invaluable support in maintaining momentum, transferring knowledge, and championing new ways of working. What are some of the Key Challenges in the transition to BAU? 🚀 Loss of Momentum: The initial enthusiasm and drive of a change programme can diminish once it becomes BAU, but by embedding people into the business who know the change well, you can maintain momentum and ensure a smoother transition. 📚 Knowledge Retention: Retaining the valuable insights and expertise developed during the change programme is critical.     Growing Together: A Shout-Out to Our Community Heroes ☘️   A dedicated team of Grayce Analysts working at a major UK police service participated in a day of volunteering charity work with the client's charity partner, PiP - Pursuing Independent Paths.    Who is PiP? Pursuing Independent Paths (PiP) is a charity that empowers adults with learning disabilities and autism to find their voice and lead a life of their choice. They do this by providing opportunities for PiP students to move towards their version of independence.   What Happened on the day? Our dedicated team of Analysts spent the day nurturing a beautiful community garden alongside PiP members. Together, they cut back overgrown vegetation, dug out weeds, litter-picked, painted, and planted new seeds to encourage biodiversity. PiP students will go on to maintain the garden for the community to enjoy. Their green thumbs, teamwork, and dedication transformed an overgrown strip of the canal towpath into a vibrant garden.🌻🌿   A big thank you to the amazing volunteers who participated 🙌 Hana Salih, Zoe Yearsley, Julia Szepetowska, Marcus Babatunde, Renee Okocha, Daniel S., Kam Dhaliwal & Olly Monks   #CommunityImpact #VolunteerHeroes #GrowingTogether #ChangeAndTransformation

    Does your organisation have an AI trust gap? 🤖   In today’s rapidly evolving technical landscape, many of us use AI to streamline our day-to-day activities. However, organisations could face an ‘AI trust gap’: as more and more organisations adopt AI, many employees are hesitant to fully embrace this change over concerns about its impact on their role.   Grayce’s Performance and Development Director, Gemma Collins talks about AI adoption in ITPro, “An open environment means employees will be more likely to buy into your vision and actively contribute towards the company’s success” Check out the link in the top comment 👇   So what can your organisation do to cross this gap?   Learning and Development: Provide training on AI, including the strengths and limitations of the AI that the organisation is adopting. This will help build confidence in using the AI tools effectively and an understanding of how AI can integrate with roles. Strategy Alignment: Build confidence by explaining why your organisation is adopting AI, how it aligns with company goals and values, how it can be used in the workplace, and, importantly, benefits to employees. Communication and involvement: Leaders must focus on transparently discussing AI adoption and involve employees in the implementation process.
