Our Careers Hub team works across Gloucestershire to support schools and young people to achieve their potential.
The team work with schools and colleges to support the Careers & Enterprise Company’s vision to link schools with business in order to increase employer engagement with young people. Our team of Enterprise Coordinators help to facilitate this process as the link between schools/colleges and businesses/organisations.
We oversee a local Enterprise Adviser Network comprised of volunteer Enterprise Advisers who are individuals from business who support a school with their career strategy and activity. These individuals are key to helping schools and colleges to focus efforts on programmes and activities that are most effective in motivating young people, supporting independent choice and enabling positive outcomes.
We help to facilitate school and college events, with the invaluable support from business volunteers who give up their time to speak to the students and support them in conversation with ideas and pathways for the future.
