🧠 As we mark Mental Health Awareness Week, we wanted to highlight the impact of postpartum depression (PPD) in the workplace. Here are some key insights: • Workplace Support Matters: Women who lack workplace support during and after pregnancy have a 220% higher risk of developing PPD. Additionally, 22.6% of women with PPD reported a loss of income due to reduced work capacity.
