Here's what we suggest for work at home parents so that they can stay productive during the summer holidays (and enjoy some time with the kids!): 🎲 Engage Your Kids: Plan activities together. Set up craft stations, reading nooks, or Lego corners. ✳️ Pro tip: Save screen time for when you need uninterrupted focus ✳️ 🗓️ Visual Timetables: Use a clock with clear numbers. Show kids when you're available and stick to it. "When the big hand reaches 6, we'll have lunch together!" 🛝Organise Play Dates: Team up with other working parents. Fewer work days, but more productive ones. ⌛Prioritise Tasks: Categorise work by interruption tolerance. A big thank you to Julija Savina who has just hosted our team Lunch and Learn entitled "Improve your Mental Well-Being, Gain Resilience and Take Control of your Life" Julija's soothing voice talked us through some fantastic tools to helps us create inner awareness and build resilience to help us through life's inevitable challenges. It was a useful opportunity to pause for an hour and reflect - something we should all do to help our mental wellbeing.
