    Last week, Fuse was onsite for the UK's largest mass participation tournament, Play Your Way to Wimbledon, Powered by Vodafone 🎾 This grassroots event saw talented players of all ages competing in county and regional tournaments across the nation, with winners earning a chance to play at the national finals, taking place on Wimbledon’s iconic grass courts. Fuse provided support to Vodafone with producing talent, in the form of Tim Henman and Laura Robson, who made surprise appearances at the national finals, filming social content with the players, and helping run a coaching clinic on one of the days. Fuse also supported from a PR perspective, organising media interviews for Tim and Laura, helping shine a light on the weeklong event. #tennis #grassroots #wimbledon

    Reflecting on our incredible experience at Wimbledon earlier this month!   Vodafone has successfully launched its 2024 summer creative campaign 'The Nation’s Network,' which made waves at Wimbledon - providing fans with engaging experiences at the Vodafone Connection Hub in the Southern Village, and in their hospitality retreat. Our team project-managed and executed several activations on-site, including:   🎾 Accuracy Challenge: An interactive game where fans could score points and get their name on the leaderboard. 📷 Iconic Photobooth: A memorable spot for fans to capture and share their Wimbledon experience. 🎁VeryMe Vending Machine: A chance for fans to win exciting prizes. ✨Surprise and Delight: Surprising Connection Hub visitors with coveted Centre Court tickets.     This week at Lega Serie A headquarters in Milan, our colleagues in Fuse Italy unveiled ‘Beyond Visual Attention: Quando La Comunicazione FA Goal’, a groundbreaking study that explores how brands can earn greater attention by marketing in and around football. ⚽ In collaboration with Lega Serie A, Ipsos Italia, AINEM Associazione Italiana Neuromarketing, and K2, this research explores:   1. How fans respond towards to football content before, during, and after matches. 2. How media consumption varies by channel. 3. The brain’s reaction to content and advertising stimuli in relation to Italy's most beloved sport.   Marco Girelli, CEO of OMG Italy, highlighted the role football plays in enabling brands to earn more attention from their marketing efforts, especially in an overcrowded landscape.   With support from Annalect, Stefano Cervini, Chief Intelligence and Data Analytics Officer at OMG Italy, highlighted football’s ability to play a role across a variety of media. While the live game remains an appointment to view across all generations, there are significant engagement opportunities beyond the 90-minute match.   #BeyondVisualAttention #football #italia

    Last year, we collaborated with the brilliant people at System1 to deep dive into the creative effectiveness of sport sponsorship activation. We discovered that sport can truly deliver a ‘dividend’ that gives traditional brand advertising a run for its money. With UEFA EURO 2024 reaching its climax, we’re pleased to release the results of our study into sponsor (and non-sponsor) activity. Once again, brands that embrace sponsorship are capitalising on its brand building ability. A special shout out to Lidl who used their exclusive right to supply player escorts as the mainstay of their campaign – something only achievable through sponsorship. #sponsorship #euros #advertising
