This Armistice Day colleagues from KBR and Frazer-Nash are attending a service at our Leatherhead Campus’ memorial garden where we are remembering the contributions of our Armed Forces community, paying tribute to the special contribution of families and of the emergency service and honour the fallen. Last Friday a company-wide virtual service was held where more than 300 colleagues came together to hear personal reflections of what Remembrance Day means to them and attendees observed a two-minute silence. We will be joining the nation today in falling silent across our offices and sites at 11am, either privately or publicly, for personal reflection and remembrance on this important day. #LestWeForget

On Monday, 28 October, the Frazer-Nash team was delighted to join the Defence Women’s Network for their fourth annual conference in London for a day of inspiring speakers, conversations, and networking. The theme of the conference this year was “Resilience in an ever-changing Digital World,” and it focused on strength, resilience, and courage through a mixture of specialist panels, interactive workshops, and keynote speeches. To explore the theme of resilience, we asked the women in our business what resilience meant to them and what they would tell their younger selves. We’re lucky to have a brilliant array of fantastic women across our business embodying the themes of strength, resilience, and courage on a daily basis. Join us in celebrating all that our women achieve, and enjoy the insights and reflections they share in the video below. Thank you to the Defence Women’s Network for a fantastic event and for inviting us to be part of it. Looking forward to 2025! #WomenInDefence #DigitalFuture Sarah Wilkes, Emily Fisher, Stacey Gurr, Victoria Lashmar, Gemma Whitley, Amy Vida Simpson, Claire Carter, Shauna Moore, Gina Parker, Hanna Souter, Rachel Guest, Katherine Hobbs
