This week we recognise World Wellbeing Week, celebrating and promoting the wellbeing of individuals and communities worldwide. Forterra are passionate about wellbeing in the workplace and offer many wellbeing benefits such as Wellhub wellbeing app AIG virtual GP service Health Assured Employee Assistance programme FitBack Physiotherapy Limited physiotherapy services, along with on site Mental Health First Aiders and regular wellbeing communications and events. To mark the week, our team of Comms Champions have put together some displays to signpost our colleagues to the wellbeing benefits available to them at their respective sites.

Today we are hosting our National Health and Safety Day, themed ‘Look after yourself and others’ at our Measham brickworks - to promote the importance of health and safety and employee well-being. Improving Occupational Health and Safety standards and performance is an ongoing commitment for Forterra, as we work towards our goal of zero harm in the workplace. Our Health and Safety team partnered with Fifth Dimension, Lattitude Safety, Healthy Performance, Ridgeway Mental Health and Fitback Physiotherapy to deliver engaging presentations to our colleagues from around the business about Health and Safety awareness, team safety, physical health and mental health.
