🌿 Ancestry Meets Wellness 🌿 Dr. Sebi taught us that aligning our diets with our heritage can lead to powerful health benefits. Just as every plant and animal has an environment where it thrives, we too have foods that best support our genetic makeup. For people of African descent, embracing indigenous, plant-based foods can mean honoring both health and heritage. FITAfrica is here to bring this balanced approach to wellness! 🌍💪 #AncestralHealth #GeneticNutrition #FITAfrica #AfricanWellness #BioMineralBalance #DrSebi
