Fanfare Label featured in Harper's Bazaar Netherlands this week. Thank you for highlighting our design innovations behind producing circular denim. "Designers must design their denim in such a way that all parts can be easily removed and the entire trousers can be reusable when worn out.' Fanfare opts for easily removable buttons in its designs. They set the standard for the closed-loop design that every fashion house will eventually have to embrace". #closedloop #circularity #circularfashion #denim #innovativedenim #denimindustry #circular

Days like these remind me just how proud I am to run a small business that not only champions sustainability but also advocates for conscious consumption in an industry that is notoriously challenging. In an age where "sustainable fashion" is a term often thrown around, it can be discouraging to see so much talk with so little meaningful action. Yet, we remain deeply committed to taking responsibility for every single piece we create. The truth is, running a business like ours requires far more than most people realise. It’s not just about designing beautiful, ethically-made clothes; it’s about going the extra mile—constantly. Producing garments in a way that aligns with our values demands immense time, effort, and financial investment. The hours we pour into researching sustainable materials, ensuring ethical labor practices, minimising waste, and continuously improving are hard to quantify. I can't even begin to describe the challenges and behind-the-scenes work that go into this process. This journey would be impossible without the tireless dedication of our team. Huge thanks to Agnese Proveja, Monique Andrew, Vilja, and Rebecca T. —your passion and relentless effort are the heart and soul of this brand. And of course, a massive thank you to our incredibly supportive and loyal community. Every single purchase matters, and we notice each and every one. Thank you for believing in us, and for your continued trust in what we stand for. In an industry as fickle and fast-paced as fashion, loyalty means everything. Retail has taken a hit, and small, independent slow-fashion labels like ours need your support now more than ever. If you value brands that are truly committed to making a difference—brands you believe in—please continue to stand with us. Together, we can keep pushing for meaningful change in fashion and beyond. 🌸 Thank you to the Marie Claire team for recognising our efforts and awarding us the Sustainable Denim Brand 2024. https://lnkd.in/eKwEQTtv

What is Second Hand September? https://lnkd.in/dvRsg-zZ Second Hand September encourages us to choose a more sustainable way to shop. In a world of fast fashion and waste, this month is a chance to take a stand. By shopping second hand, you can reclaim style's true meaning and dress for the world you want to create. Oxfam Why Second Hand September? Fashion is one of the most polluting industries, driving climate change and deepening poverty. By recirculating clothes—buying, wearing, and donating second hand—we can reduce the demand for new resources and lessen the industry's environmental impact. Shopping with Oxfam supports crucial work to combat climate change. Upcycling Services for Secondhand September This Secondhand September, we challenge you to breathe new life into the clothes you already own or those you’ve found second hand. Our upcycling services are here to help you transform your wardrobe in a way that's both sustainable and stylish. #secondhandseptember #oxfam #2ndhandseptember #upcycling #resue
