We recognise the significant impact the biopharma industry has on the environment. At eXmoor, our Green Team is dedicated to prioritising sustainability across all aspects of our business operations. Our Achievements So Far: Facility Build: Of the 3000 tonnes of demolition materials generated during site preparation, 98% was recycled and reused for the construction of our Cell and Gene Therapy Centre, which also features substantial solar panelling, 10 electric vehicle charging points, and fossil fuel free heating and cooling provided by heat pumps and recovered from exhaust air. Lab Initiatives: We've participated in a pilot scheme to make our labs more sustainable, increased the percentage of waste diverted to recycling streams and introduced a traffic light system to reduce energy consumption in our lab spaces. Raising Awareness: We have organised a variety of activities to promote environmental awareness, including local park clean-ups, cycle-to-work days, plant swaps, and nature photography competitions. We are excited to showcase our future initiatives, including recognised environmental accreditations, more sustainable alternatives for lab equipment and consumables, and much more. Stay tuned for these implementations! Talk to our team to find out more! 🌿 #Greenteam #Sustainability #Environmentallyaware

Matthew Paterson shares his insights on investment trends in the CGT sector ... "Investors are being more cautious about which assets to invest in, companies are being more selective on which assets to progress into development, and cost optimization has become a higher priority for many companies." eXmoor can make your investment go further by first identifying the optimum cost drivers for development and then offering robust, scale-down models for maximum cost efficiency. Speak to our team to find out how we can maximise the impact of your investment. #celltherapy #genetherapy #costofgoods #processdevelopment
