The team at Willowbeck spent an immersive day with Added Value Enterprises exploring the world of nutrition 🍎 🍌 In the morning, the art of sushi making taught the importance of getting a healthy balance of proteins, fibres and vegetables 🍣 A protein-packed afternoon in the garden saw us munching on delicious date, seed and coconut protein balls, and getting competitive with a balancing-egg-on-top challenge 🥚 We wrapped up with a cracking discussion on the benefits and versatility of eggs in our diets 🍳 Everyone loved the day of nutrition awareness coupled with fun-filled activities, reminding us that choosing the right food doesn't have to be hard - it's all about balance!
