💖 Today at Evergen, we turned our office into a sea of pink to show our support for Breast Cancer Awareness! 💖   Our team came in with their finest pink shirts! It’s not every day you see our office covered in hot pink balloons and ribbons, but today, it was all for a cause close to our hearts.   While we had plenty of fun with our fashion choices, varying from socks to hoodies, our main goal was to raise awareness and remind everyone of the importance of early detection and support for those impacted by breast cancer.   A huge thank you to our Evergen family for embracing the spirit of the day with so much enthusiasm and heart. An exciting project from Evergen!    Earlier this week, we kicked off the installation of solar panels at a local college, moving closer to a sustainable future.   This project required a thorough Glint and Glare assessment, completed under the guidance of the CAA, integral to ensuring safety and compliance with the surrounding area.   Our Glint and Glare analysis included: -An executive summary, contents, and introduction -Solar development details. -Explanation of glint and glare -Nearby Airport details -Overview of relevant guidance -Overview of relevant studies -Identification of receptors -ATC tower -Locations on the approach path for runaway 02/20 -Assessment methodology -Glint and glare assessment for aviation receptors -Results discussion -High-level overview of mitigation -Conclusions and recommendations   We're eager to complete this installation soon, and proud to help bring clean energy to the heart of education! #SolarEnergy #Sustainability #CleanEnergy #GlintAndGlare #GreenFuture

We're thrilled to share that our team members Luke Beer and Sarah Shepherd recently participated in the BPIF - The Heart of British Print Members Day event! 🎉 The event was an incredible opportunity to engage with industry peers and experts on key sustainability and environmental obligations and regulations. The discussions were both enlightening and inspiring. Talking about everything from Net Zero goals and Greenwashing, to Regulations and ESG. These presentations setting the stage for excellent initiatives and best practices within our industry. Luke Beer had the honour of being a lead speaker on one of the key topics. Informing the event about funding. Exploring if funding is a requirement for companies to achieve renewable and sustainable energy projects. Evergen presents the power of maintaining your Solar Panels!   We recently organised an incredible transformation in solar panel performance that truly highlights the importance of regular maintenance. We recorded an astounding increase of over 144% in energy production, boasting the critical role that cleanliness plays in solar efficiency. Dust, debris, and other contaminants can significantly reduce the panels' ability to harness sunlight effectively.   This was accomplished using our robotic cleaners, and with the help of this state-of-the-art tech, was able to completely clean the entirety of Panificio Italiano's massive solar system in under 24 hours. On this project when installing the system, we ensured additional safety measures were allowed for operations and maintenance works in the future! - Safety line equipment allows access to the roof without re-erecting scaffolding  - Rooflight covers installed across fragile rooflights so they do not have to be covered temporarily #SolarEnergy #CleanEnergy #SolarPower #GreenEnergy #EnergySavings #SolarMaintenance
