Collaborating with Andy Bishop and the Lighthouse crew to create this video was an incredible honour for ESS. Even now, the powerful emotions from that day surge back, leaving a profound impact. It's been 19 days since we filmed, and the conversations and experiences continue to resonate deeply. One of our colleagues mentioned how moving it was to see the impact on us; just imagine what it could do for your staff. 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼.
