About us
Engineers for Change (Sierra Leone), also known as EfCSL, is a UK charity that was set up in May 2011 (with the original name of RoTAP) by a group of engineering and technical professionals from Sierra Leone, resident in the UK. The aims of the charity are to provide the awareness and practical support to bridge the gap in skill level in Sierra Leone and to support local engineering institutions in the development of the next generation of engineering professionals. EfCSL seeks to improve the practice and training of engineers and allied professionals in Sierra Leone.
