We've had a clear out of old site welfare electrical goods and rather than let it all go to waste we donated them (fridges, kettles and microwaves) to a fabulous local charity called Yellow Ribbon Community. They provide support for people on release from prison and people who present with complex needs in Shropshire, Staffordshire, Wolverhampton and the West Midlands through mentoring, guidance and practical help. At the heart of their work is the provision of supported accommodation across Telford, Stafford, Wolverhampton, Walsall and Shrewsbury. Our fabulous Claire Bristow, Mechanical & Electrical Buyer, was on hand to present our donation to the Yellow Ribbon Community team.

We're recruiting for a Telemetry Configuration Engineer to come and join our fantastic team in Kings Lynn. You will be configuring, testing and supporting the installation of microprocessor based telemetry outstations. Ideally having experience of telemetry, PLC systems or similar would be an advantage. The role demands accuracy, diligence, an affinity for technology, computing, problem solving, full training will be given on the telemetry and software tools. Our branch at Kings Lynn are recruiting for an Electrician & Electricians Mate, so why not come and join Chris Watson and the team. For the electrician role you will have experience of industrial and commercial electrical installations, fault finding and panel wiring, having the relevant qualifications including C&G 2391 and 18th edition. As an electricians mate you will have relevant practical electrical experience. Both roles require a full clean driving licence, a good understanding of site based Health & Safety and familiarity of tablet based systems. You will be working for a privately owned family business, who will offer you a structured opportunity to progress your career, with continued support and training.
