The DP Pathway Programme is a bespoke programme gives talented women, created by the industry for the industry, who are selected by their companies the best opportunity to progress and succeed in becoming Portfolio Managers, or Traders. This year, we have 80 participants from 43 companies forming our 2024 cohort.    The 12-month programme requires a time commitment of approx. 100 hours plus travel to/from event locations.     The next information call for all firms is on Monday 22nd July.
